The Carvers Steakhouse Wine Dinner presented an exquisite six-course meal that left guests delighted, each dish paired with a carefully selected wine to complement its flavors. The evening began with Seared Tuna, beautifully paired with the delicate Folly of the Beast Pinot Noir.

The second course followed with Pork Belly Chimichurri; its richness enhanced by the full-bodied Perrin Family Cotes du Rhone Rouge. A classic Caesar Salad was next, accompanied by the crisp and refreshing Argiolas Costamolino Vermentino.

For the fourth course, guests enjoyed Swordfish topped with pecan corn salsa, paired with a unique blend of Essay Chenin Blanc, Viognier, and Roussanne, which highlighted the dish’s flavors.

The highlight of the night, Braised Beef Cheek with Robuchon Potatoes, was served as the fifth course, perfectly matched with Grounded Wine Company Collusion Cabernet Sauvignon. This bold pairing brought out the depth and richness of the beef, creating an unforgettable main course.

The evening concluded with a sweet finale of Strawberry Shortcake with Vanilla Cream accompanied by the elegant Freixenet Diamond Prosecco Rose Extra Dry. It was truly a night of remarkable food, expertly chosen wines, and wonderful company, making it a memorable event.
