Bridal Waves – Allisyn and Cru

Cru’s proposal was an intimate and thoughtful surprise. After a romantic dinner at Cobalt, he led Ally to a beautifully arranged setup on Ono Island, complete with twinkling lights, framed memories from their relationship, champagne, and a cozy blanket by the pool. Unbeknownst to Ally, her sister had been positioned nearby, discreetly capturing every moment with her camera. As Cru got down on one knee, Ally was overcome with emotion, making the moment even more unforgettable. It was the perfect beginning to their next chapter together.

The couple exchanged vows at The Sanctuary in Pensacola. Their outdoor ceremony exuded romance, framed by soft champagne and light pink hues, while cocktail hour moved downstairs into a speakeasy-inspired ambiance. Guests then dined in an elegant upstairs space, with candlelight and chandeliers adding to the refined atmosphere before heading outside for a lively, vibrant reception.

Ally’s bridal gown was a showstopper—an ivory and champagne mermaid-style dress covered in sparkling beaded lace with detachable off-the-shoulder straps. As she made her way down the aisle, she joked that she wanted to “blind people with the sparkle.” Later in the evening, after a faux exit, she changed into a beaded dress with a slit, perfect for dancing the night away.

The couple’s reception took on an entirely different energy, shifting from timeless elegance to a full-fledged party filled with vibrant pinks and oranges. The transition was seamless, reflecting their personalities and desire to give their guests a truly immersive experience. The night was filled with laughter and memorable moments, including their two-year-old daughter, Peyton, making an adorable entrance as the flower girl—after a little encouragement from Ally’s mother. Peyton was supposed to join the couple for a family first dance, but she adorably fell asleep before it was time. This unexpected moment prompted laughter and created a sweet memory for all in attendance.
