East Indies Lust of Pirates Alley is one of our new cocktails! Flavors from the East Indies Trading company meet the palates of pirates. Pirates Alley in New Orleans held Jean and Pierre Laffite in the 1800#’s.
This drink is gin based, half being fat washed with coconut fat and infused with toasted coconut, the other half of the gin being infused with saffron. It has a curry and pink peppercorn syrup, citrus, an egg white and a little yolk. Topped with alternating drops of mirichi chili oil and cilantro oil.
